UM ARMY TO HELP ELDERLY DISABLED AND POOR WITH HOME REPAIRS
The elderly, those with limited incomes and the disabled have a chance to get some much needed home repairs from the United Methodist Army this summer.
The Rev. Randy Wells, of Faith Mission says they are working with the United Methodist Churches in the Brazos Valley,, in a youth mission that sponsors work camps during the summer months to make these repairs.
Wells says work teams of several youth and adult provide free home repairs for homeowners who are physically or financially unable to make these needed repairs.
The youth mission will be working in the Brenham and Washington County areas from June 16th through the 20th. There is never a charge for these services as the UM Army provides all the labor and materials.
To see if you are eligible for these services, call Randy Wells at Faith Mission at 830 1488.
