PANTHERS SCHEDULE PLAYOFF SERIES WITH THORNDALE
The Burton Panthers have scheduled their Area Round playoff with Thorndale.
The Panthers (21-4) will face the Bulldogs (22-8) in best two-out-of-three, next Thursday and Friday (5/9-10).
All games will be played at Nutrabolt Stadium in Bryan.
Thursday's game is set for 7:00, while Friday's game begins at 5:00. If a third-and-deciding game is necessary it will begin 30 minutes after game-2.
The Panthers defeated West Hardin in the Bi-District, 11-0 in a one game playoff, while the Bulldogs swept Brazos, 2-1 and 9-0.
