BRENHAM, WASHINGTON CO., BLUEBONNET ELECTRIC OFFICES CLOSED FOR INDEPENDENCE DAY
Offices across Brenham and Washington County will be closed today (Thursday), in observance of Independence Day.
Brenham City Hall and the Washington County Courthouse will be closed. Also closed will be municipal court, pet adoption and animal services, the Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library, Brenham and Washington County Visitor Center, the citizens collection station, and recycling center.
The Blue Bell Aquatic Center will have activities today from 1 to 4 p.m.
There will not be any residential trash pick-up services, but commercial trash services will continue as normal.
The offices of Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative will also be closed for the 4th of July. Bluebonnet members can access their account information and make payments during the holiday through the co-op’s website at www.bluebonnet.coop.
To report an outage, call 1-800-949-4414, visit the website, or use Bluebonnet’s mobile app. Should an outage occur, Bluebonnet personnel will be on call throughout the day to restore power as quickly and safely as possible.
