SIX SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT
A Brenham man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after his probation was revoked for Driving While Intoxicated.
48-year Kyle Pomykal of Brenham was placed on 10 years’ probation back in March of last year for a 2017 arrest for DWI—3rd or More Offense. After a hearing before the court, Pomykal’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to serve time in prison.
Also in 21st District Court this week:
28-year old Victor Hugo Aguilar of Brenham was sentenced to 14 months in prison on two charges of Theft of Property—Less than $2500/With two or more Convictions.
Aguilar was arrested on one charge this past January and a second charge this February.
31-year old David Kent Bergland of Bryan was sentenced to 535 days in jail after his probation was revoked for a 2013 conviction for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
45-year Mary Melissa Rickman of Brenham was placed on 10 years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Rickman was also fined $1000 and ordered to perform 200 hours of Community Service.
21-year old Daisha Ayanna Liston of Somerville was placed on seven years’ probation on each of two charges: Felony Theft of Property and Tampering with Physical Evidence. Liston was also fined $500 and ordered to perform 200 hours of Community Service.
And, 33-year old Sean Dwayne Johnson of Houston received three years’ probation for Theft of a Firearm. Johnson must also perform 200 hours Community Service.
