The fair gets started Thursday in La Grange with Senior Citizen Day at the Fayette County Fairgrounds.  Thursday night features the opening ceremony with the Queen’s Pageant, and entertainment from the Texas Dream Band.

Friday night’s entertainment includes Emil Sodolak and Lawrence Padilla, the Smoke Wagon Band, and the Lost Cause Band.

Saturday kicks off with the 5K Fun Run and parade through downtown La Grange.  Later that night, JA Productions, featuring Joe Collins and Art Hernandez, will take the stage.  The Black Cat Choir will also perform, in addition to the Casey Donahew Band and headliner Josh Turner.
