HOUSTON WOMAN ARRESTED AFTER LOCAL DISTURBANCE

A Houston woman has been charged following a weekend disturbance in Brenham.
29-year old Britney Arnell Mathis was arrested after police were called out Saturday, just before 6:00 p.m., to a disturbance at Hattie Flowers Park.
Police found several people at the scene. During their investigation, police arrested Mathis on a charge of Assault by Threat.
She was taken to the Washington County Jail.
