PREGNANCY, INFANT LOSS AWARENESS EVENT SUNDAY AT HOHLT PARK
This weekend, the local Hope Mommies chapter will put on an awareness event in Brenham.
The Hope Mommies Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Event will be held Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Dr. Bobbie M. Dietrich Memorial Amphitheatre at Hohlt Park.
The event, which is free and open to the public, will recognize children and infants who have lost their lives through complications with childbirth.
Local businesses and community groups will have booths featuring family friendly activities such as cookie decorating, bouncy houses, face painting, sack races, and a Home Depot kid’s build station. In addition, there will be a live concert with Jonathan Hunt, who serves as the worship leader at The Fellowship in Round Rock.
Anyone wanting to honor a Hope Baby can RSVP by emailing brenham-collegestation@hopemommies.org. For more information on the event, or about Hope Mommies, go to https://hopemommies.org, or visit their event page on Facebook.
