BRENHAM SCHOOL BOARD TO DISCUSS PLANS AFTER STATEWIDE SCHOOL CLOSURE
The Brenham School Board will meet virtually Monday evening to discuss how to move forward after Governor Greg Abbott’s announcement Friday that all schools would be closed for the remainder of the school year.
On the agenda for Monday’s meeting is an update from Superintendent Dr. Walter Jackson, an update on the modified student meal program, and an update on Brenham High School seniors.
The board will also consider an addendum to the district’s grading guidelines, discuss teacher contracts, and hear an annual report on the board of trustee continuing education hours. The board will then adjourn into executive session to discuss personnel matters.
