BRENHAM FIRE DEPARTMENT RESPONDS TO HOUSE FIRE WEDNESDAY

  

The Brenham Fire Department responded Wednesday morning to the report of a structure fire in the 200 block of North Saeger Street.  Firemen arrived just after 11:00 AM to find a small fire had started in the bathroom from a candle.  The fire was put out with a fire extinguisher.  The home occupants had evacuated safely.  Firemen remained at the scene to clean up the fire extinguisher dust.
