WALLIS MAN INDICTED ON THREE COUNTS OF AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT OF A CHILD

  

A Wallis man has been indicted on three counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.

Last week, the Austin County Grand Jury indicted 30-year-old Jose Abdon Alvarado on the three counts, all first degree felonies.  Alvarado was arrested by the Sealy Police Department in January on two of the three counts.

The offenses occurred on or about January 15, 2017 and February 15, 2018, where Alvarado, according to the indictments, performed sexual acts on a victim under 14 years of age.

Also indicted last week by the Austin County Grand Jury:

Michael Dean Sparks, 62, charged with Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle, offense occurring January 21st.

Toney Curtis, 40, Steve Jackson, 48, Deandre Lattrell Johnson, 21, Joe Charles Johnson, Jr., 48, Kelvin Thaddeus Kesee, 28, Keaundre Trevon Stokes, 23, and Kenneth Lee Weems, 27, all for Manufacture of Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

Zaydrian Lashawn Lane, 18, for Delivery of Marijuana in a Drug Free Zone.

Ann Manzano, 41, Tucker Lee Pawloski, 25, Timothy Franklin Mosley, 37, Kenneth Young, 38, Keith Deshay Leaggon, 32, and Tyler Christopher Smith, 24, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
