LOCAL MASONIC LODGE HONORS TOP BURTON TEACHERS
Graham Masonic Lodge of Brenham has recognized the Burton Teachers of the Year for each campus.
The teachers were chosen as teachers of the year by their peer groups. They were treated to a catered meal and received a set of the books Masonry and Education in Texas by the lodge.

Honored were: Stephanie Sullivan, 1st grade teacher at Burton Elementary; Vickie Bernet, Science at Burton Junior High School; and, Carl Matthies (Mott-is), instructor of Algebra, College Algebra and UT on Ramps at Burton High School.
Graham Lodge #20 of Brenham has been a supporter of public education since its inception 175 years ago.
