POTENTIAL SEXUAL ASSAULT UNDER INVESTIGATION BY BLINN-BRENHAM POLICE

  

A possible sexual assault is currently being investigated by Blinn College police in Brenham.

According to records from Washington County dispatchers, authorities responded to an emergency call for a sexual assault on West Third Street shortly after 5:45 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.

Blinn Communications Director Richard Bray said at the time of the emergency call Tuesday, Blinn police “received a report of an alleged incident that occurred earlier this week.”  He said that incident is currently under investigation.
