The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned indictments on 12 suspects.
43-year-old Nicholas Anthony Redman, indicted for Aggravated Assault against a Public Servant, offense occurring February 24th.
34-year-old Michael Ray Cardenas, charged with Assault of a Family or Household Member with Previous Conviction and Arson, both offenses from February 17th.
46-year-old Frankie Darnell Anderson, Sr., for Assault of a Pregnant Person, from February 16th.
46-year-old Roel Santos Gonzalez, indicted for Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000 and Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle, both from February 24th.
33-year-old Pedro Alberto Cortez, for Theft of a Firearm, occurring November 12, 2020.
40-year-old Antonio Dewayne Haywood, charged with Evading Arrest or Detention with Previous Conviction, from February 28th.
36-year-old Ro’shard Jamal Shorter, indicted for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle, occurring February 20th.
50-year-old John D. Johnson, III, for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, from January 5th.
22-year-old Kathleen Irene Brown, 35-year-old Charles Preston Stafford, 33-year-old Brenda Voncille Wozniak, and 32-year-old Jason Wozniak, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
