Bradley Locke was flown to St. Joseph Hospital in Bryan after being shot several times Sunday afternoon at the Burton Short Stop.
According to the GoFundMe page, Locke has undergone “extensive surgery,” and has suffered damage to several organs. The page states that while Locke’s condition is still serious, he appears to be improving.
The suspected shooter, 36-year-old Joshua Christopher Crowley of Round Rock, was arrested Monday afternoon in Harris County and is charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Washington County Sheriff Otto Hanak said the shooting appeared to be random.
Crowley’s son, 4-year-old Wyatt Crowley, was with him at the time of the shooting, and was at the center of an Amber Alert. He has been safely reunited with his mother.
The GoFundMe for Locke is available here.
