BLINN ALUMNI & FRIENDS ASSOCIATION TAKING NOMINATIONS FOR 2021 HALL OF HONOR
The Blinn College Alumni and Friends Association is accepting nominations for its 2021 Hall of Honor.
Distinguished Blinn College alumni, business leaders and others with ties to the college who have made an impact on their communities or professions are inducted into the Hall of Honor in recognition of their accomplishments.
Blinn College Alumni and Friends Association President Clint Kolby said Blinn has a “long, distinguished history of graduates who have gone on to make significant contributions to their professions and in their communities.” He called this “an opportunity to honor them and others who deserve being recognized because of their positive impacts on the College.”
The nomination deadline is Monday, August 2nd. A luncheon honoring this year’s inductees is scheduled for Friday, October 15th.
Selection criteria includes each candidate’s affiliation with Blinn, their career and leadership success, and their positive influence at community, state or national levels.
A committee will review applications submitted and select this year’s inductees. So far, 90 individuals have been inducted since the Association began its Hall of Honor in 2003.
