LOCAL MAN CHARGED WITH FAMILY ASSAULT
A Brenham man has been arrested on a family violence charge.
Sunday, just after 9:30, local police were called to a home in the 2000 block of FM 389 for an active assault.
Upon arrival, an investigation led to the arrest of 25-year-old Joaquin Echeverria of Brenham.
He is charged with Assault of a Family/Household Member – Impeding Breath/Circulation.
Echeverria was taken to the Washington County Jail.
