FIFTEEN INDICTED BY AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY
Fifteen suspects were indicted during last week’s meeting of the Austin County Grand Jury.
39-year-old Francisco Bazaldua, indicted for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury, offense occurring April 16th.
44-year-old Erica Lynn Chapa and 40-year-old Chad Stuart Metcalfe, both charged with Fraudulent Possession or Use of a Credit or Debit Card, occurring June 3rd for Chapa and May 20th for Metcalfe. Chapa is also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
38-year-old Jeremiah Dayton Dean, for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child under 15 Years of Age, from May 16th.
38-year-old Joe Tony Tovar, indicted for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information and Possession of a Controlled Substance, from June 3rd.
31-year-old Keith Robert Farrell, charged with Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle, occurring December 4, 2020.
23-year-old Alex Bledsoe, for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
19-year-old Leonardo Daniel Casique, 41-year-old Carissa Marie Mahaffey, 26-year-old Jeovani Angelito Moreno, 40-year-old Jerry Wayne Scyrus, 21-year-old Mercedes Solis and 25-year-old Gabriel Vargas, all charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
23-year-old Kelsey Reese and 22-year-old Tyrell Santee, charged with Possession of Marijuana.
