FAYETTE CO. RAM RODEO BEGINS FRIDAY
The 13th Annual Fayette County Sheriff’s Posse Ram Rodeo kicks off tonight (Friday).
Two nights of rodeo action are set for the Fayette County Sheriff’s Posse Arena south of La Grange, beginning at 7:30 p.m. each night.
The schedule of rodeo events includes mutton bustin, a rescue race and a clown act from Craig Bickly. The rodeo will have $6,000 in added money.
Tonight will feature live music with TFT DJ, while the Risky Liver Band will perform tomorrow (Saturday) night, which is also “Tough Enough to Wear Pink Night.” A portion of tomorrow night’s proceeds will be donated to a local family battling cancer.
Tickets at the gate are $15 a day, $5 for ages 6-12. Children 5 and under get in free.
