BRENHAM RESIDENT TO SPEAK ON UKRAINE RELIEF PROJECT THURSDAY AT THE BARNHILL CENTER

  

A Brenham resident who is offering his assistance to the people of Ukraine during its ongoing conflict with Russia will speak tonight (Thursday) in Brenham about his efforts.

Bill Rigsby will share stories from his time in Ukraine at The Barnhill Center at 6 p.m.  Rigsby has provided aid for Ukrainian citizens by buying and delivering supplies to them.

Rigsby will be joined by Lika Roman, former Miss Ukraine and a charity worker.

The event is hosted in partnership with Faith Mission and the Washington County Ministerial Association, and is free to attend.

Faith Mission’s Humanitarian Relief Fund is accepting donations to support Rigsby’s initiative.  Donations can be made at Bank of Brenham, Brenham National Bank or Citizens State Bank.
