ONE FILING THUS FAR FOR BLINN BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Just over a week remains to file for the Blinn Board of Trustee election on May 6th, and so far, only one candidate has filed.
Allison Bentke is running for re-election to her Precinct 3 seat on the board. Bentke was appointed to the board in October 2021 to serve the remainder of Teddy Boehm’s term, following Boehm’s resignation.
Douglas Borchardt is not seeking another term as Precinct 2 trustee, after having served since May 2010. No one had filed for that position as of Tuesday.
The last day to apply for a place on the ballot is next Friday, February 17th.
