BRENHAM WOMAN ARRESTED AFTER DISTURBANCE CALL

  

A Brenham woman was arrested Saturday after a disturbance call was made.

Brenham Police report that Saturday afternoon at 5:05, Officers were dispatched to a residence located in the 900 block of Armbrister Street in reference to a disturbance. The caller reported a female subject, identified as being Aldonia Marie Johnson, 56 of Brenham, was in the yard and throwing objects at a vehicle. Johnson was also in the yard holding a knife and brick while threatening others. Officers arrived on scene and attempted to place Johnson under arrest for Criminal Mischief and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon at which time she resisted arrest. Johnson was incarcerated being charged with Criminal Mischief, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Resisting Arrest, Search, or Transport.  No one was hurt during the arrest.
