NINE PEOPLE PLED GUILTY IN DISTRICT COURT
Nine people pled guilty and were sentenced by Judge Carson Campbell in District Court this week.
Jorge Duarte-Gonzalez, 45 of Oklahoma City, was sentenced to 5 years in prison for Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to be released to ICE custody.
Jordan Gomez Pena, 36 of Houston, was sentenced to 5 years in prison for Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to be released to ICE custody.
Justin Thomas Powell, 32 of Chappell Hill, was sentenced to 4 years in prison for 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine.
Clifton Midell Benson, 49 of Somerville, was sentenced to 4 years in prison for Fraudulent Use or Possession Identifying Info. He was also sentenced to 2 years in State Jail for 2 counts of Credit or Debit Card Abuse.
Deandre Devane Allen, 28 of Houston, had her probation adjudicated and was sentenced to 4 years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Francisco Javier Deloera, 43 of Waller, had his probation adjudicated and was sentenced to 9 months in State Jail. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine.
Charles Wayne Ramirez, Jr., 19 of Rosenberg, was sentenced to 10 years deferred adjudication probation for Assault of a Family member by Impeding Breath or Circulation. He was also ordered to pay a $2000 fine, perform 200 hours of community service, and have no contact with the victim.
Dustin Roy Boenker, 20 of Brenham, was sentenced to 5 years deferred adjudication probation for Deadly Conduct, Discharge of a Firearm. He was also ordered to pay a $1500 fine, perform 100 hours of community service, and attend a hunter’s safety course.
Dylan Lavel Apponey, 19 of Rosenberg, was sentenced to 2 years deferred adjudication probation for Credit or Debit Card Abuse. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine, and perform 100 hours of community service.
