UNITY THEATRE TO PRESENT ‘MIRROR LAKE’ OCT. 29 – NOV. 8
Unity Theatre in Brenham will present a dangerous game of love, fear and secrets for its next production.
“Mirror Lake”, a suspense thriller by Steven Dietz that will be directed by Ryan Schabach, will play on Unity’s Studio Stage from October 29th through November 8th.
Every anniversary, Phillip and Dinah celebrate by staging elaborate “scares” for one another, carefully planned surprises designed to tap into their deepest fears. For their tenth anniversary, the couple retreats to a secluded lakeside cabin, where the scares escalate, the line between what is staged and what is real begins to blur, and the secrets beneath their marriage become increasingly difficult to ignore.
Performances will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Thursdays, 8 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and 2 p.m. on Sundays.
The preview performance on Thursday, October 29th will feature a talk-back with the cast and staff of the production after the show.
Circle members and subscribers are now able to make reservations. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Monday. Regular admission is $27, with the preview show priced at $23. Student seats and any unsold seats 15 minutes prior to curtain are $15.
