BRENHAM FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT

  

On Saturday around 7:30pm, the Brenham Fire Department was dispatched to a transportation incident with possible entrapments at 11500 Highway 290 in Chappell Hill.  While enroute BFD responders were canceled by Washington County EMS Squad 1 due to no entrapments or injuries.

All BFD units returned to service.

On Sunday around 10:30am, the Brenham Fire Department was dispatched to a still alarm for a gas odor at Denny's Restaurant.

The BFD responders, along with a representative of the City of Brenham Gas Department monitoring the air and found no gas leak other than pilot lights for the stove that were not lit.

Denny’s manager contacted appliance repair man to make the needed repairs to the cooking appliances.
