WASHINGTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT TO HOLD BUDGET HEARING
The Washington County Commissioners Court will discuss the 2017 budget during their meeting today (Tuesday).
A public hearing will be held to hear comments on the proposed budget, which will raise more total property taxes than last year’s budget by $74,485, which is a .49 percent increase.
The Court will also hear a monthly reports from the Sherriff’s Office, Washington County 911, EMS, Washington County Information Technology, and the Veterans Service Officers.
The County Commissioners Court meets at 9 a.m. in room 103 of the Courthouse in Brenham.
