ONE MAN DEAD, ONE MISSING ON MADISON COUNTY LAKE
One body has been found and another man is missing on Crescent Lake in Madison County.
Authorities have identified the deceased man as Reginald Dexter Carter of Madisonville.
Police say the two men were reported missing at approximately 5:15 p.m. Thursday. When authorities arrived on the scene they found a boat with a fishing pole inside, but no sign of the two men. A drive team from the Huntsville Fire Department was dispatched to the scene among other agencies.
The identity of the missing man has not yet been released, however police say they have notified his family.
The search and investigation continues.
