TWO MEMBERS OF WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE PROMOTED
Two members of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office have been promoted.
Criminal Investigation Sergeants Mark Whidden and Eddie Ocanas were both promoted to the position of Lieutenant.
Lieutenant Whidden, with over 12 years of dedicated service and experience with the Washington County Sheriff's Office, will supervise the Criminal Investigation Division.
Lieutenant Ocanas, with over 19 years of service and experience with the Brenham Police Department and the Washington County Sheriff's Office, will supervise the Patrol Division.
“Both men have dedicated their lives to providing law enforcement service to the citizens of our county and have done it professionally and in the most courteous way” said Sheriff Otto Hanak in a statement this (Tuesday) morning.
