BLINN TO OFFER INFO SESSIONS FOR DENTAL HYGIENE PROGRAM
Blinn College is inviting prospective students who are considering careers as dental hygienists to attend one of their six upcoming July information sessions regarding the College’s Dental Hygiene Program.
The two-year Dental Hygiene Program prepares students for careers as dental hygienists or transfer into a bachelor’s degree program at a four-year university. The program is equipped with a dental hygiene clinic and highly-qualified faculty who closely work with students in classroom and clinical settings.
Information sessions will be held in Room CC- 7 of the Post Office Campus located at 301 Post Office St. in Bryan. All program applicants should attend an information session, which will inform prospective students of the program’s admissions criteria, application process, and the role of a registered dental hygienist.
These sessions will be held:
- Monday, July 10, from 6-7 p.m.;
- Wednesday, July 12, from noon-1 p.m.;
- Monday, July 17, from noon-1 p.m.;
- Tuesday, July 18, 6-7 p.m.;
- Wednesday, July 26, from 6-7 p.m.;
- Friday, July 28, from 11 a.m.-noon.
The Dental Hygiene Program is part of Blinn’s Division of Health Sciences, which offers associate degree nursing, dental hygiene, emergency medical services, fire science, physical therapist assistant, radiologic technology, surgical technology, and vocational nursing programs designed to train students for high-demand professions.
