AUSTIN COUNTY PROCESSING ELECTION IDENTIFICATION CERTIFICATES
Austin County will be issuing Election Identification Certificates to residents who do not already have an acceptable form of photo identification necessary to vote.

Can anyone answer this question??? Please? I have been working full time and paying taxes in this state for 15 years on a renewable work visa. Can I get an EIC ID? No drivers liscense.
