BRENHAM SCHOOL BOARD TO CONSIDER APPROVING HIRE OF NEW SUPERINTENDENT
The Brenham School Board will meet Tuesday to consider officially hiring its selection for school district superintendent.
At its meeting July 21st, the board named Burkburnett ISD Superintendent Dr. Tylor Chaplin as the lone finalist for Brenham ISD Superintendent.
The board is required by state law to wait 21 days—until Tuesday—before officially voting to hire Dr. Chaplin as superintendent. Dr. Chaplin was chosen out of 48 applicants for the position.
The board will meet Tuesday evening at 6 p.m. in rooms 111 and 113 at Brenham High School. The public is invited to listen to the meeting on YouTube.
