BURTON YOUTH TAKES 3RD AT NATIONAL HOME RUN DERBY
Colby Beck of Burton recently returned home after tying for 3rd in the MLB Junior Home Run Derby National Competition held at Progressive Field in Cleveland.
Beck qualified as one of the top 10 finalist from regional championships to compete in the 12-and-Under Division.
While there, the competitors were involved in All Star Week activities including a Celebrity Game and an interview with 8 time MLB All-star Mike Trout of the Los Angeles Angels.

Colby is the son of Randy and Dana Beck.
