Camden White

The City of Caldwell has hired a new city administrator.

Camden White was hired following a unanimous vote of the city council.

White is currently with the Lower Colorado River Authority as a regulatory and market compliance analyst.

White succeeds Johnny Price who retired after 10 years in the position.

Caldwell Mayor Norris McManus says White is an excellent fit for the city, due to a “strong and diverse resume”.

McManus says the council was also impressed with White’s “technological expertise, record keeping and code enforcement knowledge”.

White has also served as an operations analyst with ERCOT, operations manager for College Station, and wastewater treatment plant manager for the City of Brenham.

White will begin his duties, Thursday May 16th.
