Today is the final day of Early Voting.

Thursday, 300 Republicans and 51 Democrats cast ballots early in person for the Run-off Elections, for a total of 351 voters.  So far, 1370 total votes have been cast locally.

Early voting is taking place for both the Democratic and Republican Primary Runoff Elections scheduled for next Tuesday.

County Clerk Beth Rothermel reminds voters that if they voted in the March 6th Primary Election, they have to vote in the same party’s runoff election.  If a voter did not vote in the Primary, then they can vote in the party runoff of their choice.

Early voting is taking place until 5 p.m. today at the Washington County Courthouse Annex.

Four voting locations will be open from 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM Tuesday.

Precinct 1 will vote at the Event Center at the Washington County Fairgrounds on East Blue Bell Road.

Precinct 2 will vote at the VFW Hall on East Tom Green Street.

Precinct 3 will vote at the American Legion Hall on North Park Street.

And Precinct 4 will vote at the Blinn College Student Center.
