KWHI TO HOST ‘CANDIDATES FORUM’ FOR BRENHAM CITY COUNCIL APRIL 7TH
KWHI will hold a “Candidates Forum” for the contested races in the Brenham City Council election this spring.
The forum will be held Wednesday, April 7th at 5:30 p.m. at Brenham National Bank.
The six contenders in the council race, Ward One incumbent Keith Herring and challenger Shannan Canales, At-Large Position Five incumbent Clint Kolby and challenger Allan Colvin, and At-Large Position Six candidates Albert Buchanan and Leah Cook have been invited and plan to attend the forum.
The forum will not be open to attendance from the general public due to COVID-19, but the public can still submit questions prior to and during the forum by emailing mail@kwhi.com.
KWHI’s Ed Pothul will moderate the forum and take questions from the public and from news media.
The forum will be broadcast live on KWHI AM 1280 and FM 101.7. It will also be streamed live on kwhi.com and on the KWHI mobile app.
