The Round Rock man suspected of committing a drive-by shooting at a Burton convenience store that seriously wounded a Burton man now faces additional charges.

36-year-old Joshua Christopher Crowley is now charged with six counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, two counts of Assault of a Public Servant, and one count each of Deadly Conduct/Discharging a Firearm and Assault Causing Bodily Injury.  He remains in the Washington County Jail on $1,575,000 bond.

Crowley is accused of randomly firing multiple rounds from his moving vehicle at several people at the backside of the Burton Short Stop Sunday afternoon.  His 4-year-old son was discovered to be with him at the time of the shooting, and was at the center of an Amber Alert before being reunited with his mother.

The man wounded in the shooting was 38-year-old Bradley Locke, who was flown to St. Joseph Hospital in Bryan with serious injuries.
