Brenham police arrested a 24-year old man who was ‘having a bad day’ after he barricaded himself in his house in the 400 block of Sixth Street this (Friday) morning,

Brenham police got the call at 11:12am about a disturbance.

Twenty-four year old Christopher Michael Anderson was arrested after a two hour stand off.

Police negotiators were able to coax Christopher Michael Anderson out of the house just before one pm.  His mother was in the house at the start lf the incident but was able to leave.

Anderson was arrested on a charge of making a terroristic threat.  Police described Anderson as being ‘very belligerent.’
