  1. If people really thought about it, it doesn’t matter if you have a driver license or not. . that is not the issue. . most who don’t have one still drive but what people don’t realize he can a device on his vehicle all day long and forever or for a day but its not on all vehicle he may access to so if he wants to drink and drive or just drive I am guessing he will use another vehicle or get someone to blow in the machine for him. ..it happens all the time. . what they need is a ankle bracelet and a tighter probation sentence and more random testing not one they tell them when to come in and get tested. . .

  2. The interlock device is put on you vehicle to keep you from driving after drinking. — He may have a license to go to and from work. If he drinks — this device will not let the car start.

  3. I’m a little confused on Brian Barnes’ sentence- he had his driver’s license suspended for 2 year’s but they are going to install an interlock device on his vehicle. What am I missing?
