AUSTIN COUNTY GRAND JURY TODAY NOT PRESENTED WITH LINDSEY CASE

  

An Austin County Grand Jury which convened today in Bellville, was not presented the case of Kristin Lindsey, the Brenham veterinarian fired after posting a Facebook picture of herself bragging on killing a cat with an arrow, and which caused a public outcry.

The Austin County District Attorney’s office say they are still in the process of gathering information on the case, and will present the evidence when the investigation is over.

Lindsey could be charged with Animal Cruelty.

A group of protesters are outside the courthouse today holding “Justice for Tiger” signs, despite knowing that the Grand Jury is not considering that case in today’s session.
