BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED ON WARRANT

A Benham man is in custody after his arrest on an outstanding warrant.
21-year old Cody Dougherty of Brenham was pulled over by Corporal David Dudenhoeffer on a traffic stop, Monday night, near the intersection of North Market Street and East Academy.
During the course of the stop, was found to have an active warrant out of Pardons and Paroles.
Dougherty taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail.
