BRENHAM PET ADOPTION CENTER TO HOST OPEN HOUSE

  

The Brenham Pet Adoption Center is hosting an open house to showcase their new location.

The public is invited to the open house on November 13th from 2 to 4 p.m. at 1804 Longwood Drive. The event will be a great opportunity to meet and greet some of the four-legged friends that reside at the shelter.

Construction on the 2.7 million dollar facility began in 2015.  It has separate areas for animal control and pet adoption, so aggressive of diseased animals do not come into contact with animals that are up for adoption.   The shelter also features both indoor and outdoor “life areas” where families and interact with potential adoptive animals.

Shelter staff will be available to provide tours, answer questions and maybe even help pick out that new pet. Refreshments and sausage wraps from Kountry Boys Sausage will be served until supplies last.
