VOTING UNDERWAY FOR E.D.F. BOARD
Voting is underway for the Board of Directors of the Economic Development Foundation of Brenham.
The terms of five directors ends November 30th with seven candidates for those five posts.
The candidates include:
Roger Atkins, of the MIC Group.
Tieman Dippel, III of Brenham National Bank.
John Herrmann of Hermann Furniture.
Mike Hopkins Jr. of Mike Hopkins Distributing.
Barney Loesch of Thrivent Financial.
Stephen Miller of Brenham Wholesale Grocery.
And, Michael Pittman of Scott & White Hospital-Brenham.
Voting is by members of the EDF, only.
Atkins, Dippel and Miller are all current members of the board who are eligible for re-election.
Current members Jon Hill and Barbara Maurer will see their terms end November 30th. They are not eligible for re-election.
Ballots must be returned by Saturday, November 15th to the Economic Development Foundation offices.
The five candidates with the most votes will be elected to the Board of Directors for three-year terms.
