$5000 IN JEWELRY STOLEN IN BURGLARY

  

Brenham police are investigating the theft of over $5000 in rings, necklaces,, computers and cell phones in a burglary discovered in the 2000 block of FM 389 Saturday night.

The residents came home late Saturday night and found their front door open.  They found their house ransacked and the jewelry and other items stolen and police are investigating.

Police are also investigating another home burglary discovered Saturday night.  A resident  called in a burglary from the 1100 block of Green.  They too noticed their front door kicked open.  Clothing and shoes were missing.
