COLLEGE STATION WOMAN ARRRESTED ON A WARRANT TO REVOKE PROBATION

  

A College Station woman was arrested in College Station on a Warrant to Revoke Probation for Criminally Negligent Homicide.

Thirty-five year old Darlene Patricia Graves, who also has a Brenham address listed, is being held in the Brazos County Jail with no bond set.

The case dates back to 2010, when Graves, worked at a group home in Brenham, in the 900 Block of Key Street. Police were called out around 7:00 am to a call at the home, in reference to a deceased person.

During an investigation, police learned that the victim, who often arose at 4am to take a bath, had gotten into the tub during that time.

Graves did not check on the victim until several hours later, and found the victim face-down in the bath tub.
