BRENHAM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS MEETING POST-PONED

  

The Brenham Board of Adjustments meeting scheduled for tonight (Monday) has been post-poned due to a lack of quorum.

The board had been slated to hear a request to allow digital billboards within city limits.

The company, Sign Ad Outdoor has approached the city about permission to place new digital billboards inside the city limits and extra territorial jurisdiction.

Billboards defined as “spectacular” – an outdoor advertising display with flashing or moving parts – are not currently allowed inside the city limits.

City officials have not announced the date for a rescheduled meeging.
