EIGHT SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT
A Brenham man has been sentenced two years in prison after his probation was revoked.
53-year old Daniel Huff was arrested back in June of 2014 for Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle. In this week’s session of 21st Judicial District Huff’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to two years in TDCJ. He was also fined $1000.
24-year old Charles Edward Bartley of Brenham had his probation revoked and was sentenced to eight months in jail for a 2010 conviction for Evading Arrest in a Vehicle.
Also in District Court:
55-year old Johnny Michael Mathis of Montgomery was placed on six years’ probation and fined $1500 for Third Offense Driving While Intoxicated. Mathis must also complete 250 hours of community service and had his driver’s license suspended for a year.
32-year old Austin Bishop of Austin was placed on 10 years’ probation and fined $1500 for Online Solicitation of a Minor. Bishop must also perform 500 hours of community service and spend 180 days in the Washington County Jail.
65-year Michael McReynolds of Brenham was placed on eight years’ probation for Aggravated Assault/Family Violence. McReynolds must also complete 200 hours of community service.
29-year Natasha Monique Johnson of Columbus was placed on five years’ probation and fined $1500 for Injury to a Disabled Individual. Johnson must also perform 300 hours community service.
30-year old Arturo Rodriguez of Brenham was placed on four years’ probation and fined $1500 for Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle. Rodriguez must also complete 160 hours of community service.
46-year old Katherine Lovings was placed on three years’ probation for each of three charges of Forgery of a Financial Instrument involving the Elderly. Lovings must also perform 120 hours of community service.
