I am so sorry to hear of Wade’s passing. We both graduated from Texas City High
School in 1960. Wade was a friend to all–it didn’t matter to him if you were a football
player or a “geek”, he was always kind to those he met. Rest in Peace Wade, and remember
you will never be forgotten. My God grant his peace and understanding to your family members
as only He can do.

This is a huge loss, not only for his family but also the community. Mr Hamrick was such a “mover and shaker” within the community and unselfishly gave his time for so many endeavors. He will be greatly missed! May he rest in peace knowing the impact he had upon his family, friends and town! Job well done!
I use to cut Wadye hair before I left town. Sorry to hear about his sudden dead. Prayers for family. Antonio Palacios
