SIX SENTENCED IN THE LATEST 21ST DISTRICT COURT
A Brenham man has been sentenced to ten years in prison in the latest session of the 21st Judicial District Court.
Donald Wayne Phoenix, age 30, had his probation revoked and was sentenced to ten years in prison for a robbery in September of 2007.
In other news from the 21st District Court, Clarence Williams Jr., age 55, of Washington was sentenced to four years in Prison for Burglary of a Building and for Evading Arrest Detention with a Previous Conviction.
Bennie Byrd, 30, of Brenham was sentenced to 5 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG1. Byrd was also fined $1,500 and will have to serve 200 hours of community service.
Richard Dennis Rogalewski, 29, of Elgin had his probation adjudicated and was sentenced to four years in prison for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG3, which is a third degree felony.
Clayton Bryan Smith, 52, of La Grange was sentenced to seven months in jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG1.
Nicholas Rose-Soto, age 22, of Houston has been sentenced to 6 months in jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1.
