FIVE PEOPLE SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT THURSDAY

  

Five people pled guilty and were sentenced by Judge Reva Towslee Corbett in District Court Thursday.

Jevon Levelle Coleman

Jevon Levelle Coleman 26 of Houston was sentenced to 29 years in prison for Aggravated Robbery.  Coleman and two other men were arrested in November of last year after a police chase.  The three men were arrested for the armed robbery of Tootsie’s convenience store on South Market Street in Brenham.

Eric Tremain Green 34 of Washington was sentenced to 10 years in prison for Forgery Financial Instrument involving the Elderly, Evading Arrest, and Burglary of a Building.  He was also ordered to pay restitution to the victim.

Tracy Lynn Frennea 48 of Katy was sentenced to 7 years in prison for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd offence.  She pled guilty in October was sentenced Thursday after a punishment hearing.

Searcy Whiting Booker 24 of Alleyton, Texas had his probation adjudicated and was sentenced to 2 ½ years in prison for Injury to a Disabled Individual at a State Facility.

Selena Ann Herrera 19 of Brenham was sentenced to 3 years deferred adjudication probation for Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon.  She was also ordered to perform 150 hours of community service and attend anger management classes.
