2018 SWC HALL OF FAME CLASS ANNOUNCED

The Texas Sports Hall of Fame has announced nine new members for its 2018 Southwest Conference Hall of Fame class.

The 2018 class will honor: Texas A&M football and track legend Curtis Dickey, Arkansas Football All-American Steve Atwater, All-SWC quarterback from Texas Tech Joe Barnes, All American basketball player from the University of Houston Larry Micheaux, All-SWC Baylor basketball player Tommy Bowman, SMU basketball standout Denny Holman, TCU star basketball player Kurt Thomas, Texas All-American baseball player Brooks Kieschnick, and former women’s track & field coach from Rice Victor Lopez.

The Southwest Conference Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place Monday, September 10, 2018, in Fort Worth on the TCU Campus.
