Subscriptions are now on sale for Unity Theatre’s upcoming season.

The new season at Unity Theatre in Brenham is holding four main stage shows, two studio shows, a Christmas show and the summer musical for children.

The Main Stage series begins with a presentation of The Savannah Sipping Society, by Jamie Wooten, Jessie Jones, and Nicholas Hope, which plays September 27th through October 14th.

The next show in the series will be some time later, with Cat on a Hot Tin Roof by Tennessee Williams.  That will play from January 30 – February 17, 2019.

Following up, the Main Stage will show Agatha Christie’s And Then There Were None, beginning on March 28th and ending April 14, 2019.

The final Main Stage subscription show is Brighton Beach Memoirs, part one of Neil Simon’s autobiographical trilogy.  That will play June 13 – 30, 2019.

Unity’s Studio series will kick off with the performance of Alex Webb’s Amelia, from November 1 – 11.

The next Studio series production, slated for May 9, 2019, is Breadcrumbs by Jennifer Haley.

Along with these programs, Unity Theatre will host two events outside of subscription packages.  Barbara Robinson’s The Best Christmas Pageant Ever will play on the main stage from November 28th through December 2nd.

Closing out the 2018-19 season is Unity's Summer Family Musical: The Prince Street Players’ A Pocketful of Rhymes, by Jim Eiler and Jeanne Bargy.  That will also be on the main stage, from July 25 – 28, 2019.
